Back in January, I visited the Ocean Springs location of The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint and did a guest review on BBQ Sauce Reviews. Not long after, Fred Salinas (the digital director for The Shed) contacted me asking if I would be interested in reviewing some of the sauces and rubs. Today’s post is the first review of those products – Kinky Asian Marinade. This marinade was a first place winner in the Asian Marinade category at the 2011 National BBQ Association Awards of Excellence.
This late-night post (which some of you may see first thing in the morning) is less of a product review and more talking about how I used a couple of products to make something tasty.
