I confess to a certain bit of jealousy when my good friend Jay Prince had the opportunity to review the Grilla (read his excellent review here). So when Shane Draper of Draper’s BBQ asked if I wanted to publish a review of the Grilla that he did, I didn’t really have to think about it before emphatically agreeing. First off, Shane is an IT guy by day (much like myself) and takes a very logical and detailed approach in reviewing products. Also, his review of the ThermoWorks TW8060 was the second most viewed blog post on here from 2011.
