Everybody likes a new toy. It’s okay to admit it… in some form or fashion, we all like to have a new gadget. I’d like to introduce the newest member of my outdoor cooking arsenal – the 22 1/2” Weber Smoky Mountain smoker!
You all know that I’m a huge fan of stuffed burgers. In particular, my favorite is my “Hot ‘n Nasty” burger stuffed with cheese and diced jalapeno peppers. Today’s review is of a product that will assist in making those stuffed burgers: the Stufz Ultimate Stuffed Burger System. Continue reading
Have you come across a tool or gadget that made you wish you would have gotten your hands on sooner? Today’s review is of one of those products. Let’s check out The Meatrakes. A big thanks to Chris Johnson (aka Spyder J) for sending me these to use. Continue reading
Today’s review is a guest review by Shane Draper of Draper’s BBQ of the Texas Jr. Brush. I had a chance to see this tool in use at Memphis in May, and you’ll get to see some of my feedback in Shane’s review.
On a past blog, I mentioned that I would love the opportunity to review the ManGrates. It was not long after that I was contacted by Dan from the company offering to send me some for review. I emailed him my mailing address, and eventually a package arrived at my door containing four ManGrates along with a cleaning brush! I was looking forward to trying this product out.
Several weeks ago, I published a review of the ThermoWorks TW8060 as reviewed by Shane Draper of Draper’s BBQ. This has easily been one of my most viewed blog posts thus far, and it is definitely a must-read! Shane paid very close attention to every facet of the product in testing it out. When I did my test cook using Socks’ Love Rub, it was a perfect time to review the ThermoWorks TW8060 myself!
Ladies and gentlemen, I’m super-excited to have a guest blogger for you today — Shane Draper of Draper’s BBQ. A proud veteran and entrepreneur, Shane has one of the best sauces and rubs out on the market today (that I’ve had the honor of reviewing). He’s also quite the pitmaster, having cooked with Team Tucker Cooker at Memphis in May. Today Shane reviews the ThermoWorks TW8060.
If you are heavily involved in the food or BBQ industry, you know of the Thermapen. If you don’t know of it, you should. And let me be the person to introduce the Thermapen to you. I want to give a big thank you to Jesse Black from ThermoWorks for sending me a Thermapen to review.
Sometime back, I started hearing about this new BBQ & grill cleaning tool on Twitter. Not too long after, Annette Penney — director of social media marketing for The SKrAPr — contacted me and asked if I would be interested in trying out this tool. I’m always looking to try out new tools and gadgets, so how could I refuse? So ladies and gentlemen, I present to you The SKrAPr GrILLr!
